  • Eligibility: All students and their guardians.

  • Purpose: To fund their study through the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme.

  • Loan Amount: Up to ₹4,00,000 (4 Lakhs).

  • Nature: Purely a loan, not a grant.

  • Repayment:

    • Both applicant and co-applicant are liable to return the amount with applicable interest to the government.

    • 📌 Note: Hostel Fee (Lodging & Fooding) is ₹60,000/- per year (Optional).
